I didn’t receive my login details from Synergy Gateway to complete my CVV program

Please read below for some suggestions on how to locate your login credentials from Synergy Gateway. 
Please always make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders.

Option 1:  Search for an email from Synergy Gateway

Step 1:  Search your email inbox for an email with:
FROM:  helpdesk@synergygateway.com
TITLEYour Access to Verified

Step 2: Follow the instructions in that email to log in to your account 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE USE YOUR SCHOOL email address when logging in.

OR YOU CAN TRY 

Option 2:  Resend Password / Activation Link

 Select the "Forgot Password/Resend Password"  Link and follow the instructions.  
 Enter your email address that was used to create your account in the  "Request Password" popup window.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE USE YOUR SCHOOL email address when requesting a password

 Check your email from 'helpdesk@synergygateway.com' with the title:  "Your Access to Verified"
 Open the email and select the "ACTIVATION" link
 Follow the instructions to reset your password
