When I try to log into Verified I get an invalid username / password message. What can I do?
Do not copy and paste your username and/or password. Always manually type in the requested information.
Check with your school to ensure that they have forwarded Synergy Gateway your information to create your profile.
Make sure that the username / email you are entering is the email address associated with your Verified account.
Make sure to enter your password correctly as it is case sensitive.
If none of the above applies, utilize the Forgot Password feature in the “Verified” login page to reset your password. Only use the email address associated with your Verified account
